I believe this to be a good sign, but if the rates get to a point where it starts scaring people then it will be a big negative. Right now, we are still below 4% for a 30 yr fixed.

I visited this unit today and I had to comment on the pricing of this unit. Unit #3N across the hall is under contract at $125k, so where does the $199k asking price come from? There is also unit #1R which is a 3br/3ba duplex that is asking only $190k and that one is in good shape.  Hmmm...
